Purchase Terms of Agreement

The purchase of digital products and subscription-based access through Business Audio Cinema is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.

Payment + Refund Policy

All transactions for subscriptions, digital access, and online content are processed through secure payment gateways such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, or other secure payment providers used on our website. These payment processors use industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption. Your payment details are processed securely and are not stored by us.

Business Audio Cinema offers a 14-day money back guarantee for eligible purchases.

Because Business Audio Cinema provides immediate access to digital content and services, purchases are considered delivered once access has been granted to the customer through email, account access, or linked application access. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To request a refund, please contact us at refunds@businessaudiocinema.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and process eligible refunds as soon as reasonably possible. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued from our side. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Business Audio Cinema, reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, subscription plans, terms of purchase, and service offerings, at any time without prior notice.

Delivery of Services

Our purchase and access process is automated.

After completing your purchase, you will receive application access instructions by email using the email address provided at checkout. Access may also be made available through your Shopify account or through the Business Audio Cinema application, depending on the product or subscription purchased.

If you do not receive your access details after purchase, please contact hello@businessaudiocinema.com with your purchase information, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Subscription Refunds

If your purchase is a recurring subscription, your refund request must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal charge for the billing period in question.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days from the date of approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still have not received it, please contact us at refunds@businessaudiocinema.com.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify account, if that option is available to you, or by contacting us at hello@businessaudiocinema.com

Cancellation will stop future renewal charges, but does not automatically generate a refund for charges already processed, except where covered by this Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
