Access to purchased subscriptions or Services is delivered digitally. After purchase, customers may receive access instructions by email and/or through their Shopify account. Access to content may also require use of a third-party app or platform associated with Business Audio Cinema.

SECTION 6 - SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING, AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made through our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Some of our Services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis, such as monthly, quarterly, or yearly plans. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge the applicable subscription fees and any applicable taxes using your selected payment method.

Business Audio Cinema may offer access to certain Services on a recurring subscription basis, including but not limited to monthly, quarterly, or annual plans.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the subscription fee and any applicable taxes disclosed at the time of purchase. Your subscription will begin once your payment is successfully processed and access has been granted.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate applicable to your selected plan, unless cancelled before renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify account, where that option is available, or by contacting us at hello@businessaudiocinema.com. Cancellation will stop future renewal charges but will not retroactively cancel or refund the current billing period, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy or as required by applicable law.

If your payment method cannot be charged on a renewal date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the subscription Service until valid payment is received.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing, plan structure, features, content availability, or billing intervals at any time. Any such changes will apply prospectively and will not affect completed billing periods already paid for, unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.

Subscriptions are provided for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared, transferred, resold, sublicensed, or used by multiple users under a single account unless expressly authorized by us in writing.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate subscription access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a subscription is being misused, shared improperly, obtained fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.

Business Audio Cinema subscriptions provide access to digital audio content and related materials. Access may be granted through our website, by email, through your Shopify account, or through third-party application platforms such as iOS or Google Play applications.

Your purchase is made through our website and not through in-app purchases within Apple App Store or Google Play, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We do not guarantee that the Service or app access will be available on all devices, in all territories, or without interruption at all times. Temporary outages, maintenance, updates, or third-party platform limitations may affect access.

We reserve the right to update, remove, replace, or change any content, season, episode, feature, or aspect of the Service at any time.
